Shipping Policy
We make every effort to ship within two business days.
We ship USPS or UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. The Printed Image assumes no liability for any damages arising from misdirected shipments. Our only resolution is replacement of any misdirected shipment.
Your shipping rate will calculated at checkout.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee and is calculated at checkout. If you have shipping questions or you want to make other arrangements, you'll need to contact us.
We accept Visa and Mastercard as payment. We are currently unable to accept personal checks or C.O.D.'s
The Printed Image does not manufacture the shirts on which we screen print and embroider, therefore we are not responsible for manufacturing defects and do not offer an extended warranty. However, we will replace any defective merchandise at no cost to the customer, provided we are notified within 7 days of the receipt of the defective merchandise.
